The tallest, strongest most dominant people's, both physically and mentally were always east Asians. Especially those of Mongolian and turkic descent who went on to subjegate and dominate every other race or creed that stood in their way, spreading their genetic influence from the farthest east of Eurasia to central Europe and beyond, their descendants continue to prove that their culture and and blood produce some of the toughest people on the planet. Modern day Mongolians and dagestanis (avars) being some of the more universally known groups.
Many east asian descended groups - like the huns and avars (and many others) have spent their entire history bullying Caucasians. Whether germanic, Slavic or Nordic before the advent of modern technology and more sophisticated societal developments.
When it comes to brute strength and mental toughness in primitive combat, little stands in the way of a nomadic east asian mongoloid.
