No, there cheeks are high sets. Scandinavian foids are the one with laterally protruding cheekbones tho

NEA Asian have less lateral protruding sets than the southern Asian like chinese and below

Actually u might be partly right but still not as lateral projected as you described











I think they can easily get MTB in the NL, what do you think?
