1. Corrupt and poor government structures : mismanaging resources, leads to economic collapse. War and conflicts hinder development by destroying infrastructure and discouraging investment.
2. Politics : western countries exploit natural resources in poor countries for their own profits.
3. Colonialism : Many nations face long-term economic disadvantages resulting from historical exploitation, slavery, and arbitrary borders created by western colonies.
4. Genes : IQ is genuinely a factor , it is not racist to say that the IQ normal distributions are shifted left in certain countries and continents as it is still a distribution. It does not mean to say that there are not lots of smart people from every race , but when you take the average person from said race they might have a lower than the global average IQ.
