Foids instinctively know that if a man truly has the WILL to have sex with her, there is likely nothing she can do to stop it assuming the expected size and strength deficit she would have compared to a man
When a man tries to court a foid and she finds him attractive enough to have sex with but decides to toy with him because it gives her amusement to see how much he will continue to try before giving up, the moment that he gives up is a moment of amusement for the foid because it was confirmed to her that his WILL wasn't strong enough to fuck her.
Had he just hung in there another 2 minutes she could have changed her attitude from "let's keep toying with him" to "I need him to fuck me right now" on a whim for whatever reason causes foids to switch like this, but by the same token he could've kept trying for another 2 hours before giving up and not managed to secure the slay.
I believe due to getting fucked being the most important element of a foids existence, the battle of Wills that she subconsciously observes when a guys is trying to fuck her gets engrained into her psyche for all other aspects of life.
The difference between her not getting fucked at a party last weekend v getting fucked (which she did) was due to a guy simply not giving up after she told him she wouldn't go upstairs with him for the 5th time, for some reason, after he asked her for the 6th time it validated her how persistent he was and made her feel valued whereas when he asked her the 5th time she still just viewed him as some desperate normie.
When foids equate the act of giving away their most valuable possession with losing a battle of mental will, they start to think that they can use this same technique to will their way towards achieving what they want in life.
Since men by in large aren't using physical means to win the battle of Wills when it comes to obtaining sex from foids, they resort to persistence game when the foid doesn't agree to sex at the first time of asking.
At this point if you aren't willing to restrain a foid to secure what you want, all you have is your mental Will and unwillingness to give up in order to get the sex you desire.
Foids realize that the guy is unwilling to use his most powerful advantage he has over her to get what he wants (physical advantage) so she then believes she controls the outcome of whether she will hold out and not have sex or give in and have sex based solely on her Will (a non tangible concept) being stronger than the guys
This then leads to foids believing in the power of Will alone without the need for action to cause the changes they desire in their life.
They believe that if they just think about something hard enough, their Will can make it a reality, seeing as they believe their Will was able to neutralize the physical advantage a man has over her and stopped him from having the sex he wanted with her.
