First of all, most ufc heavyweights are between 6”3-6”6, however they have a large skeletal frame which allows them to naturally be at a higher bodyweifhr between 220-260lbs, some 6”3-6”6 guys who are zoomer tier skeletons or small frame usually cap out at 210-215lbs.

Thats why you see Jon Jones fight at his natural weight in Light Heavyweight while Francis Ngannou is massive at 270lbs in the octagon due to having a much larger bone structure then jones.
