why half of my face is higher then the other

You have 2 options : either you accept that and move on or you are getting maxillofacial surgeon/ortho appoitment and they tell you what to do. Don't waste time.

Here's the serious answer, pal.

It is asymmetrical. Nobody has a perfect symmetrical face but for other faces is more noticeable.

I have the same problem but others won't note that much. probably it is a maxilla problem

same for me. not very noticable in motion tbh. I notice that on the "recessed" (in comparison) side of my face the palate is also lower. when i mew i apply slightly more pressure to this side of my pallate with my tongue.

will this make a difference? probably not noticably but what have i got to lose?

I heard something that the condition we have with our face is because of our teeth roots

Ths type of asymmetry isn't bad and is common in models. See tyson ballou for example , his left side is higher
