Why has my face gotten rounder?

Second photo is when I slayed the most, probably around 16/17. I think the issue is a combination of weight gain and bruxism. My family has subhuman face fat genetics so I’m fucked. I’m thinking about getting masseter Botox and lipo or bfr. Thoughts?
