I have been training for 4 months and here are my stats and routine. Need tips on improvement, am I just eating too little?

Shoulder press (machine) 57.5kg
Lat pulldown = 72.5kg
Row = 50kg
Bicep curls = 20 kg
Shrugs = 37.5kg dumbells for reps

Bench 3x5
Upper chest bench 3x5
Shoulder press 3x5
Lateral raises 4xfailure
Triceps 3x5 for medial and long head

Lat pull-down 3x7
Row 3x7
High row 1x7
Bicep curls 5x10
Shrugs 5xfailure
74kg. Eating 3200 calories give or take every day
I train until failure every time.

72kg on lat pull down and only 50kg on rows?

Yes I think there’s a muscle imbalance, it’s very close to my bench also. I have a freakish back but shit front though

Anyway these stats are insane for only 4 months

Eat more and increase the weight in small increments like add those very small plates you see to continually increase the weight.

I have trained before but only reached 60kg when I was 14-15. My dad is also stronger than me and lean with muscles (for his age) for no reason. My weak side is my chest really but thanks

Yeah I haven’t seen my weight change in a bit. From starting I have gained like 9 pounds but it’s muscle 70% of it. Think that’s what causing it

Mirin your weak side being chest with an 80kg bench i also bench 80kg but my chest is literally my strong side💀

Lmao I mean it looks bad like I don’t train it. Maybe it’s because of my shoulder dominant bench somehow

You’ve hit a plateau because that’s how it is:p
