Why haven't scientists made a platypus sheep hybrid?

Think about it. One animal: eggs, milk, red meat, wool. It would be an unmoggable resource. Maybe even throw in elephant for ivory to sell.

I just remembered platypus also have venom so make sure to keep that feature in because we can use that for potions
