I am 5ft8 and 140 lbs
My father eat the less than me and is 170lbs


I eat 3200kcal and i still can t put weight

My everyday food

400g of peanuts = 2400kcal

2 eggs = 150+ kcal

200g cheese = 400+kcal

3 big potateos = 300+ kcal

Still not above 140lbs


Others are 180 eating less than this wtf

My father eat the same and is 170lbs

thats not weight related, in fact at higher weight ur lower torso will probably get thicker meaning ur shoulder to waist ratio gets worse

u need to just train ur upper body
 
You whole diet is basically fats and protein. Basically a keto diet that flushes water and you lose fat.
If you wanna gain weight you need insulin release. Insulin is the most anabolic hormone. You need a way bigger carb intake to gain weight.
If your drinking a lot of coffee/ taking other stimulants, your heart beat is always high and your metabolism is in overdrive. Maybe fix that first if it applies to you.

Probably just need to bump the calories up even more, I’m guessing you’ve never bulked and your already pretty muscular, your body is much better at using the calories for other things than turning it into fat
