I went from ppl to chest bis and shoulders on monday back tris and forearms on tuesday and legs on wednesday and repeat. when you hit chest and tris on the same day you cant work triceps to the fullest because majority of chest excesses require tricep involvement and its only been a week but I’m already seeing a decent amount of progress
