Why i look different on mirror,selfie and photo from someone and what is most realistic?

I think i look a lot better on selfie and mirror but when someone tool photo of me i look worse

its because of lense distortion, if you want to look good on camera an 50mm lense is the most realistic and if you look shit on it you look shit irl
