I’m a computer nerd & I’m frail so if I go to the gym I’m fucked I’m way to embarrassed to go to the gym.


I prefer walks in the park & decent diet. Atleast it’s something ?

Define results. Like, if you're 250lbs and wanna lose weight, what you're doing is fine. But if you're a SkinnyFat who wants to look fit, what you're doing isn't going to cut it

5'4 is not that bad but 140 lbs is, u need to put on weight. Just gymcel and get ur dimorphism matched girls aka 4'9-5'1' tall
