And think about it. There are devices such as homeoblock which givea forward and lateral growth of the maxilla, same thing like thumbpulling especially since it works very similar

Homeoblock requires that you twist it for a sudden expansion that stays that way for the rest of the day until the next day

Thumb-pulling is similar because you put pressure for a little while and maintain it with mewing.

I get why people think it’s stupid but I have literally no reason not to do it.

Ofc I’m no jester Patel fan, especially from his new foot video but he’s not wrong about thumbpulling. Thing is, if it weren’t for Jordan wood, I would think thumbpulling doesn’t work

i mean thumbpulling might work if suture is open and loose, just takes 3-4x more time than a normal expander, so keep pulling for couple years to save up 300 bucks

yes and it keeps applying pressure thumbpulling just shocks the soft tissue because you cant keep it up like yes it would work if you thumbpulled for like hours and hours a day. and mewing wont change this fact
