I plan on seeing taban too. Looks like most predators have down turned eye brows as well. Especially the bald eagle. My lower third isn’t horrible but I think a little width wouldn’t hurt.

I have very good eyebrows thank god, minimizes a lot of the damage my actual eyes do
Not sure how you can accomplish it surgically but try chewing a lil for slight jaw width if you're a good candidate
worked for me but you have to be careful and check the changes regularly
