why increasing intelligence is a must

the most common thing people say is "u cant get more intelligent, just learn to use ur intelligence and gain knowledge"

while gaining knowledge and using ur intelligence more effectively is certainly critical, intelligence can be increased, and increasing intelligence is also critical

i was imagining a group of people who were low IQ vs a group of people who were high IQ, but the low IQ people had powerful esoteric knowledge that the high IQ group lacked, and so they could potentially overpower the high IQ group.

but the more i thought about it, the more i realized how easily it could go wrong for the low IQ group. the high IQ group could easily steal the knowledge from the low IQ group, and then it would be over fast for the low IQ group.

i realize that intelligence is what potentiates knowledge. knowledge beyond ur intellect is not very useful, and can even do more harm than good. so we must be gaining intelligence.

just watch as midwits pursue success and end up in a pathetic state, a slave to their superiors (doctors, etc)

comprehending all knowledge coherently requires high IQ. we already have very high IQs, but we probably need higher to gain knowledge more effectively.

hypothetically, if u had highest knowledge, u could overtake. but how to gain highest knowledge without a higher IQ? a combination of increasing intelligence and knowledge is critical, both aspects are critical, limiting self to only one aspect is limiting potential.

i dont recommend measuring intelligence only with IQ, instead should have an intelligence metric most relevant to goals.

i must overcome information overload. i read too much too fast and then i almost made a desperate decision/
