Why Is "cel" Used To Describe Greys? (GreyCEL)

-cel is a suffix added to the end of the word to indicate the reason someone is an incel. For example, "heightcel" refers to someone who believes they're an incel because of their height.

Some users call greys “greycels” but this is just wrong. Just because a user is a grey doesn’t exactly mean they are an incel. Most of the time, greys are neurotypical and only visit the forum to get a facial rating before leaving.

I know this is such a non-problem but I've just felt the need to bring this up.
