It was a manual, I’m exaggerating with the 10 minute part but I picked up extremely fast, mainly due to the instructor being the coolest guy I’ve ever met

It takes at least 5-10 hours worth of practice to be able to drive a manual properly.
That is if you are a fast learner.

Slow learners can take like 40-50 hours

Drive with a parent or an instructor. They will teach you the basics. Learn road signs and traffic rules either with them as you drive, or read up on it. Once you have done that, driving shouldn't be too hard. Manual is a bit hard to learn at first, but you'll get used to it.

People here coping by saying that females cannot drive, yet more females have a driver licence than men do. Also, I do think, it is genetics. Everything is influenced by predetermined values. If you cannot drive, it is because of genetics.
