because they accept their place in society, what their genetics and family lineage has gifted them, average bloke will remain average and handsome gifted rich folks will most likely remain that way too.

A thing that is very true in life, is that if you don't have something naturally, it will take an IMMENSE amount of effort to be "good" at that thing.
Works for sports as well, of course a player won't immediately be pro, but if you are terrible, you won't become the second Messi, no matter how much you train.
Most people understand this subcounsciously, it's actually not common to have a mindset of "I can do anything if I just work hard enough!"
