Why is everything so hard?

Like even the most basic things that are supposed to be easy are very hard or nearly impossible for me. Every single thing is so hard and nearly impossible. Even the simplest of things or tasks. My iq must be below 70 but then when I wonder if my iq is this low why I have this awareness.
