Most of the times I struggle to eat over 140g protein a day. It makes no sense because I always go for lean meats and dairy. I also barely eat carbs and keep fat moderate…

it’s easy as fuck, 2 lbs of ground beef and that’s like close to 200 grams of protein depending on the ratio

I genuinely don’t know. Then again I don’t even get over 100 grams nowadays

Ikr it’s honestly so hard back then when I was a skinny teenager I used to eat anything I saw in the kitchen

Relatable, the hardest thing abt gymcelling for me is to make sure I get the proper amount of protein each day

Get protein powder, that's what it's for, to make it easier
Protein powder is poison you’re better off getting the essential amino acids from food

there is literally 150g of protein in 500g of chicken breast i have that for dinner half the time smh
if you can’t even handle that then split it into lunch and dinner
or even have less than that and just add a few eggs, beans, any other kind of meat whatever gets you to that number
140 is light work i’m trying to get 200 rn

substitute some of your sources of protein for foods of greater protein (water)

Bro kvarg and cottage cheese makes it easy to get 80g+ for breakfast, then just add some more in the evening and youre done with only 2 meals, spam it

It's not that hard. I got around 200g last night with just two meals and 1 scoop of protein powder
