Why is Hunter Eyes so rare

I have never seen a person in India with Hunter Eyes
What exactly makes your eyes hooded?
Does that have something to do with your Testosterone or is there any other factor to it

hunter eyes are rare even in the west bhai . mostly people squint to get that look

Hardly anybody has real hunter eyes even after squinting because hardly anyone has a downturned medial canthus

True asf, Gandy is good example of that.

In my case it gives illusion of hunter eyes ,

But I definitely don't have true hunter eyes .
( More like almond hooded )

Real hunter eyes are extremaly rate bhai,not only in India, on the whole world.On my 17 years if living I havent seen anybody with them. At most, almond eyes but kinda hooded that all
