Why is it so hard (for Bugeater) to get an erection/libido?

@bugeater23 has tried everything that's been recommended to having great erections, but now he's getting sick and tired of trying. Everything just has tiny improvement that then goes away later which makes him think maybe it was just a placebo effect in the first place.

the only thing he hasn't tried is the things he doesn't want to try, such as gear or TRT. is there really no way to get good erections? why must this be such an impossible quest?
