My tap water is slightly alkaline with a ph of 7.5 but not that much.
I want to get an alkaline blood but It’s almost impossible. Tried this by consuming as much vegetables and less fruit with every meal I have throughout the day.
My diet is pretty much mostly primal and natural with majority of it being non processed meats, fruits, vegies, non processed carb sources. But why do tiktokers who show the right “optimal human diet” tend to be acidic? For example for their lunch these bodybuilders like @
@Orc usually have steak with onions, garlic oranges, apples together on a cutting board which to me is acidic because they eat no vegetables
