Just start taking action and put on more mass. If you're going to obsess over this, do it in a healthy manner (working out), not a destructive manner

You just dont have any muscle mass your frame is average. But your muscle mass is well bellow average. I have the same problem. If you could mesure biacromial breadth you would know for sure where your frame stands.

Your frame gets bigger past 25 no issues. Very low key not talked about and not recognized.

I have used trt and a cycle or 2 but for the most part I definitely overcame the framelet algations.

I'm 185 cm at 207lbs ATM. But I haven't updated my recent pics in a long time. Trying to come back insanely shredded when I come back to social media.

It's not the worst iv seen. Very very close to me. Infact you have a more narrow waist than me so you got it easy. I had 30 inch now I have 32 inch from natural getting older. I have to really pack on the mass to look wide. You are at least 3 bulk and cut cycles away after good hormonal support from leaving your framcel behind.

I've seen this body type by taller guys and it's very much subhuman in perception like being tall doesn't negate the female shape. However I'm sure with enough hormonal support and gym they could make a big change

However this guy would ascend very much if he ran a cycle and just permanently stayed on trt however I won't just suggest yolo. He needs to do his research first and figure out if the risks out weigh the health cons.

Depends on what time your asking. I use 200mg every 2 weeks with a long acting ester for trt. It's not the norm but puts me where I wanna be. Kinda advanced compared to what most know here.
