Like all the frame moggers I know are skinny as heck, whereas I have observed people who have big thick arms and are muscular have narrow clavicles why is this?

Because his shoulders are incredibly wide and his waist and hips are small to the point it looks uncanny, add the fact that he is near anorexic and has very long slender arms all while being tall means he fits the uncanny valley quite well
