Why is it when I smile my lower third looks miniaturized

In motion and in selfies, it looks fine but when I am not smiling, but as soon as it smiles it looks smaller. Is it because of my bottom lip is too big on a small skull?

Same for me, when you smile everything goes backwards I wpuldbt worry about it, most ppl look bad smiling from the side
