Why is LL getting so mainstream

One of the most risky and complicated surgeries yet I won't stop seeing reels on this shit more than any other surgery. Makes a 5f11cel like myself want to get it too.

Because like 33% of men are 5’7 or under aka death tier. Turbomanlets are all coming out of hiding to cope with LL.
