you are not completely right here, his asymmetry is a very real failo, but where hes wrong is that he thinks that its fixable - MSE isnt going to change the shape of an eye, and definitely not in the exact way to fix the asymmetry

eh, psl autists like us are 10x more sensitive to asymmetries than the average person, it will barely make a difference in the eyes of a normie even if he achieved perfect symmetry.

Its not the asymmetry thats the problem - its that the whole half of his face is just less good looking. It doesent matter if you have asymmetry , if the assymmetric part is the same PSL as the rest. But usually asymmetries are just uglier. For example, I have an asymmetry that makes half of my face look more asian.

Nah I guess he's quite smart IRL, I just don't get why he simply doesn't try and lose a few pounds, could improve him massively tbh, and it's not that difficult if you're motivated.

MSE is great at making your face wider and enhancing cheekbones. But if are a complete boneless dog, then they might be legit.
In general I think people are just not good at designing them, and they come out wierd looking. Usually like some wierd bumps in the face

Also cheekbone is at such a place that the implant would become loose or dislodged easily.
