why is my 1 cheekbone more developed than the other

my 1 cheekbone is further laterally expanded than the other so it makes me have more of a hollow cheek on the side more developed
how do I fix

they can sometimes make the assymetry worse but if his palate is narrow it can possibly correct it

yea i have narrow palate, but ive went to 3 orthos and they all denied me it since i am on invisalign and it will make my smile wider even though i still have breathing issue

if you have a breathing issue you should definitely try to get an expander.. and in your case a palate expander would help a bit with the assymetry
