I took some goofy diuretic to debloat, ended up dehydrating myself, all my body was pulsating, now I'm most likely potassium deficient, and my heart palpitations confirm that, I'm just too lazy for a doctor and blood tests but I most likely need IV for electrolyte balance, so gonna go tomorrow.

I had a retards knowledge on potassium, thinking 1 banana a day is enough, which only makes like 9% of DV, so i successfully ignored it for weeks.
