just chew more( soft foods preferably) on your weak side for a month or two and massage both the sides at least 2-3 times a day for like 5 minutes, that's how i fixed my jaw asymmetryView attachment 4326314View attachment 4326317I also want to know if there is a way i can fix this asyemmtry without surgery if possible

This is really the only real answer I see here, the only asymmetry I’m seeing is in your smile which is most probably bcz of imbalance in the size if the masseters, sleeping on your back more often or paying attention to the tilt of your head might also helpjust chew more( soft foods preferably) on your weak side for a month or two and massage both the sides at least 2-3 times a day for like 5 minutes, that's how i fixed my jaw asymmetry
