why is my face so round and fat

I eat healthy food, I go to the gym, I do 30 minutes of stairmaster, I run, I sometimes even starve myself, But my face is round and puffy and and fat and makes me look like a little fucking fag. I’m 5’8 148. Do i go further? starve myself more? do more cardio? help me

5'8 145 is not that little. U probably are too high bf%, if not then boneless

5'8 and 148 is crazy work, im 5'10 and 120

just lose more weight and debloat once done
cool, do you have any tips on losing weight? I eat relatively healthy and I get you can’t spot lose fat but I can’t help but feel all the fat goes to my face and not the rest of my body, I do cardio like 3 times a week, should I do everyday?

Do it 5 or so times a week also idk if your doing cardio like running but don’t do that just walk or sprint running burns carbs and gets rid of muscle

get a food scale what worked for me was i ate fruit for breakfast during school i ate rice crackers and fruit and after school i would straight up eat a kg of tuna then go for a 10km bike ride and a 5km run

I have the same problem but not to the extent that you have it

chew gum with your incisors, get leaner/debloat, and naturally increase test and healthmaxx

overtime results should come otherwise look into implants

You have malocclusion class II. Meaning you have a recessed mandible and maxilla. Mandible behind the maxilla.

Your jaws can’t stretch out the soft tissue causing it to sag and giving you that bloated appearance.

You need bimax to fix this issue.
 
keep going, body fat distribution is not equal throughout the body including your face, there's also the fact that there are fats in the body that are not visible so you could be making progress on losing weight but still no changes visually

This might be true for me.

I mean, I have a slight overbite but when I put my top teeth on bottom ones, I look a bit leaner and more angular.

Idk if it’s that or if it’s just that I have a high BF% even tho I’m like 6’0 and 150lbs.
