Every facial feature especially with bones will be more visible the lower body fat percentage is. i feel full during the cut i eat -500 but hopefully its nothingLoosing fat is pretty simple, only proven 100% method is calorific deficit and cardio, don’t starve urself u will loose gains (no matter whatever low iq ppl say). Continue a consistent gym routine, keep eating healthy and high in protein u will see results.
Feeling full doesn’t fully reflect calorific deficit, remember the stomach shrinks when you eat less. Keep being consistent you will succeedi feel full during the cut i eat -500 but hopefully its nothing
