In the left side he looks like he got nct, right side is neutral. Maybe its just angle or the illumination too i dont know well

I think it’s mostly due to the fact that he has more fat on the left side, making the other side look more angular. His gonion and zygomas seem pretty symmetrical. Aqualyx on the fuller side will help

Theres nothing wrong its just one side is hollowed and the other side isnt hes probbaly cheekbiting or has a jaw issue but its not noticable
