My skin is shit no matter what i do lol, i eat a mix of beef/eggs with fruits/honey and dairy + bone broth. Ive been on accutane which cleared it up but it still looks like shit. I started using adapalene 3 weeks ago, i have noticed a small improvement, hopefully it will get better.

As for my bloated face i think its my lack of bones, i have starved myself before and it barely made any difference.
