Why is my fucking face fat & bloated even at a low weight? 5'9 about 142 lbs

Do I need some jaw implants, cheek bone implants to make my face look less fat?
 
skinnyfat i think or you just dont have bones so it looks bloated

Possibly too much water weight. Try cutting out carbs for a bit and taking diuretics. If you still don't have hollow cheeks, jaw implant and zygo implant required
