Why is my hair dry and so thin

I use salt spray and powder to make them thicker, but they get dry after these schemes. I tried washing them every day without shampoo, it helped, but then they started to get greasy. Seriously, why do they dry so much if I wash with balm and coconut oil, not only shampoo

-eat healthy
-conditioner + leave in conditioner
-bonnet for sleep
-maybe use less sea salt spray it dries out the hair
-air dry the hair
-use cold water on hair

leave in conditioner is different from conditioner, search it up

i dont use coconut oil

but leave in condition is a special conditioner that u put in after the shower and leave it in


i have long curly hair, i struggled so much with frizzy hair
