I’m like 174-175 cm like at after noon height but in the morning im like 177-177.5cm

Usually your height isn’t supposed to fluctuate this much, usually like 0.5-1cm

I’m not even measuring wrong either because I did it precisely and did it multiple times

That's normal. Are you measuring right after bed. I'm like 3cm taller right after bed in the morning.

I measure myself 5 times daily. Checking my height throughout the day is like me checking my blood sugar levels as a diabetic.

I measure like right after I wake up

And I only measure afternoon height after I’ve been standing for like a while so ik it’s my shortest height so like if I had school and work and standing for like 15 hours

196 cm in morning, 193 cm after school evening due to sitting for 7 hours shits so brutal but you gotta remember the niggas around you also compress so it cancels out

You should double check your height in the evening, since a drop of 177 to 175 is normal, but a drop from 177 to 174 is not

I wish there was a good way where you can prevent decompression tbh
It’s due to gravity and sitting which you can’t prevent, but to fix it I always do dead hangs but I never get back to 196 cm it’s usually 195.3 cm. Sleeping on the back is extremely good

I shrink 2 on bad days 1.25 on good days 1.5 usually

0.5 to 1 isnt normal tho, 1.63 from morning till evening is apparently the statistical average

No I meant through the day, maybe cause your posture through the day isn’t ideal you decompress more, tbh I’m 181 normally I never measured when I woke up at all imagine if I was actually 6ft the second I wake up brutal

Within a few hours I'm down like 2cms. I am still 1+ cm for like the first 3 hours and then by afternoon I am my normal height and I usually stay that height even when insomniamaxxxing.

The only time I was ever -1cm my height is when I do squats. But I never do squats / legs anymore. Fuck that. Every cm counts.

Find the actual exact amount you shrink from first thing out of bed to last thing at night bh averaging it out over time to see the real damage

Itll probs be closer to 2.0cm which js normal

Being lighter would help, everything else is cope

0.5 - 1 inch decompression throughout the day. I wake up 175 or maybe even 176, every time i am measured by doctors it's always 174 but this is 2-3 hours after waking up so not surprised i lose 0.5 inch. By night time i am down to 172 which is normal. You shouldn't really be decompressing throughout the day more than an inch though.
