u gotta use it all day. the problem with u, is that u use face all day. gymcels use only upperbody all day. u gotta be able to use all parts of ur body all day. its hard at first, but ull get used to it.

You have to target neck muscles to grow unless you have a genetically thick neck it wont grow much from regualr workouts

Dont use alot of weight our youll engage shoulders upper back etc. Slow controlled engaging moments are better for smaller muscle groups like neck and abs
