it's either my shoulder blades coming out of my back or my chest being fully out

like i have to chose where i place my shoulders and chose one it's so fucking annoying

even whan im layed down raaah

i have no forward growth so keeping my neck straight stops me from breathing properly and makes my chin merge with my body

I got the same shit never really cared. Some of your back muscles (trapezius I think) are too weak to hold them in place.

The gym helped me slightly, but there are specific exercises that fix this if you search it up.

Shit steals from your frame also :lasereyes:
