Why is my puberty/growth so fucking late

My brother is 6'1 now.

Im 5'9 after blasting HGH rofl. Hes 20 nearly 21 and is still growing with growthplates open. I am a similiar height to what he was my age. Just an inch shorter. So I predict my final height to be 6 foot or 5'11.

Im very excited for if I grow this tall
