Why is my ramus not visible from the front? How much will fillers/implants ascend me?

I don't understand why my jaw is so narrow from the front yet from the side it looks ok. I want the tips of my fingers to be seen. Why is my jaw curving inwards as it gets closer to the ramus?

Yea I have a 1.91/2.07 FHWR depending on how you measure, but my lower third is still weak. I'm afraid that getting jaw implants will make my skull like Barrett's but with my mediocre features which wouldn't be appealing.

I've been chewing for half a year or so. I never took picture from far away to negate lens distortion so I can't tell if I have any results given my lens distorted pics I took.

Yea I'm chewing falim. I got to the point of chewing 4 pieces on each side but I found that chewing 2 pieces for longer is the same thing. I've been in a caloric deficit all this time so probably that's why I got no results. You can't put on muscle while you're in a deficit.
