Why is my skin not clear?

I use cetaphil cleanser
then I use tretinoin prescribed by a dermatologist
than I use cerave moisturizer
and I have a 90% clean diet
why is my skin still not clear im still breaking out with 1 or 2 pimples a night so am I using the wrong products or what?
also how do I get rid of acne scars?
please any help is appreciated

If you've used tret for a while and no progress is showing you might want to try microneedling or laser treatment

maybe higher testosterone maybe higher estrogen maybe both are high maybe both are low i can't say for sure

get a blood test and check your hormones levels
