Why is my smile so ugly?

Whenever i smile or try to, it looks like im being forced to make a smile and it looks unnatural and ugly only way i can make a somewhat normal looking smile is when I'm actually laughing, i never smile in pictures beacuse of this and ppl tell me that "smile needs to be practiced not forced" like they don't have a normal looking smile with 0 effort to it, what can i do to make my smile normal?
