Why is nobody talking about this part of a zygomatic bone? ( GTFIH )

It's called the frontal process and is a part of the zygomatic bone, I haven't seen this mentioned in any ratios or even anyone talking about it.

it makes somewhat of a difference when it comes to affecting the width of the face take hexum for example, you can see the frontal process of his zygos are really well developed and it gives him more striking middle third I believe it may also affect how horizontally long the eyebrows appear, and a well developed frontal process can theoretically also pull the skin horizontally ( stretch the skin sideways which might create an illusion of horizontally wider eyes )
