Cope in my field. None of these operators will deal with a Pole. My supervisor was a Polish mommy but she was the kindest soul on the plant, that’s the only reason she had her job; she was a terrible engineer. Nonetheless, her job wasn’t manual or operating.

There are no @Debetros on chemical plants or overall manufacturing plants.
