Why is raw beef organs so cheap in grocery stores?

i got 200 grams of pork liver for 62 cents from the butcher, high quality too you can tell and taste it
probably not safe to eat raw

Yeah but not too much of it since it’s high in Vitamin A and Copper
why don't you cook it rare just the outside layer on a hot pan that way you don't have to worry about a butcher.

Idk man im used to eating shit raw never got sick or anything

But with organ meats you for sure wanna be more careful with them

Nobody buys it which is weird because some organs taste exactly like normal beef cuts. Beef heart tastes mostly like stew meat but for the most part but I guess people are too pussy to try it
