I can imagine many guys with both flat and forward maxillas who look masculine. One individual feature won’t necessarily dictate your overall dimorphism. However, a forward-grown maxilla is masculine because of greater bone mass, breathing and athleticism, eye protection etc. Any women will look more feminine without it and any man will look more masculine with it.
