it's not. unless you're dreaming, it's actually only the first couple minutes after you wake up that makes it seem like it was great. it's your brain tricking you into getting lots of sleep.

Something else happened quite a few times since I was a child. I would dream about meeting myself many years later. And many years later, I would dream about meeting myself when I was a child. I remember once, the child version of me asked, "If you're me in the future, then tell me the winning lottery numbers."

I looked at the kid as if he was retarded and said, "The fuck would I want to memorize winning numbers of past lotteries? Stop eating paint chips."
